Genuine Product Declaration

Our company only sells 100% genuine products, all sourced from European specialty stores, department stores, or official websites. If the customer has doubts about the product's authenticity, we can accompany them to a brand authentication service company for verification. The authentication service and transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

During the purchasing process, our staff will thoroughly inspect each product to ensure no issues. If needed, we can take photos or videos as proof during purchase based on customer instructions. We can also mark the product with customer-specified marks upon request.

We provide photocopies of receipts from specialty stores or department stores (with personal information removed) or original gift receipts.

​

If a counterfeit product is confirmed during the collection at our store, in addition to refunding 100% of the payment, we will also compensate 30% of the product price.
